Product Design
Checkr’s designers and researchers are problem-solvers that bring solutions to life. Design works best when it’s a deep part of the product strategy. We strive to make design the front of exploring a problem. We ask questions and dig in to make sure that we’re focused on the right problem. At Checkr, we ensure that we’re looking for ways to expand access to employment and lower the barrier created by a background check, infusing education and behavioral nudges into our designs to encourage giving candidates a fair chance.
Brand Studio
At Checkr, design is not a service, it’s a partnership. We collaborate with our peers and stakeholders to solve their business problems using design and creative thinking. We care deeply about creating meaning and adding value to the business, the brand, our customers, and our stakeholder’s projects. We achieve quality by maintaining a pronounced focus on design consistency, over time, with a clear thought process. Design can be an endless cycle of refinement and iteration, but it’s all meaningless if we don’t deliver.
